  • Cancellations are considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. Requests may not be entertained if orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants who have initiated processing.
  • We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
  • For damaged or defective items, please report to our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt. The request will be processed once the merchant has verified the issue. Similarly, if a product is not as shown or expected, notify us within 30 days; our team will review and decide appropriately.
  • For products with manufacturer warranties, please address issues directly with the manufacturer. Approved refunds from Medo Technologies will typically be processed to the end customer within 9-15 days.
